PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for molding a resin gear accurately. SOLUTION: An inside disk forming part 16a to which a gate faces, a pressure leveling part 16b having a cavity gap G larger than that of the inside disk forming part 16a, an outside disk forming part 16c having a cavity gap G smaller than that of the pressure leveling part 16b and an outside tooth part forming part 16d are provided from the center to a diameter outward part in this order. By this constitution, a molten resin is once stored in the pressure leveling part and can be again allowed to radially flow toward the tooth part forming part from the pressure leveling part and, therefore, the molten resin can reach the tooth part forming part at the same time. |
