PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated metal plate, with which the excellent sliding properties and wear resistance intrinsic to ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene resin is utilized without developing film separation or the like even under various works. SOLUTION: In this laminated metal plate, an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene resin film is laminated through an adhesive layer onto the surface of the metal plate. The surface, which contacts with the adhesive layer, of the ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene film to be employed is adjusted by a corona discharge treatment so as to have the surface tension in the form of the wetting exponent according to JIS K 6768 of 38 dyne/cm or more. The adhesive layer is made of an adhesive consisting of a polyol resin and an isocyanate under the condition that the ratio of the -NCO group or the isocyanate to the -OH group of the polyol resin is 3-15. A primer layer such as a polyester resin-based one, a polymer polyester resin-based one, an epoxy resin-based one or the like may well be formed between the base metal plate and the adhesive layer. |
