<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically carry out the supply of a pipe, the transfer of a product, and the disposal of waste. SOLUTION: A pipe W is arranged between conveyer faces of two roller conveyers in a pipe supply equipment 17. Since an open angle between the conveyer faces is adjustable, the center height of the pipe W is automatically adjusted to a chuck center position of an inverted C-shaped index equipment 15 corresponding to the size of the pipe W. The pipe W is moved forward by the roller conveyers and automatically supplied to a pipe positioning equipment 13, and the original position is decided. The pipe W is held by the chuck of the inverted C-shaped index equipment 15, and is cut by laser beam during being rotary divided. At that time, the rear end side of the pipe W is supported between the conveyer faces. The cut processed pipe W is dropped downward from the downward opening part of the inverted C-shaped index equipment 15 and automatically transferred by releasing the chuck of the inverted C-shaped index equipment 15.</p> |
