<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate troublesomeness of moisture control caused by a dehumidification mechanism by removing water evaporated by heating silica gel for regeneration of silica gel and cooled in the process down to discharge to the outside water evaporated by heating the silica gel is removed as steam. SOLUTION: Air containing moisture from dehumidification tubes 35, 37, water produced as droplets from the moisture-containing air in a midway of a flow path, water produced by condensation in an air filter 31 and the like are conveyed to a chamber 57 via a connector 55. Because the chamber 57 is heated to, e.g. 90 deg.C by a heating mechanism 59, liquid water is changed into stem. Air containing the steam is discharged out of an apparatus through a water outlet 61. Because water produced in the apparatus is evaporated by a water discharge mechanism 60, water is prevented from being accumulated in the apparatus or from leaking as droplets out of the apparatus.</p> |
