<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID card preparing system wherein a labor required for handling the prepared ID card is decreased by classifying automatically surely the prepared ID card according to its attribute. SOLUTION: An ID card system contains a plurality of branches A to D receiving an input of personal data by a user, and a preparation center 10 preparing an ID card based on the personal data sent from respective branches. In the preparation center 10 an individual data containing a photographic data which is sent from each branch A to D is temporarily stored at a receiving buffer 14 prepared for each branch. At a point of time when a specific amount of data are accumulated, the ID card for each branch is prepared. At that time a partition card is inserted between the ID cards prepared per each branch. On the partition card a branch name, date of the preparation, the number of prepared sheets, etc., are printed.</p> |
