PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective disposal of garbage by housing a garbage container section having a plurality of holes in a bottom part of a container having a top part capable of being closed by a sealing closure lid and embedding the garbage container section in a soil in which an earthworm lives so that the garbage is allowed to rot in the garbage container section and is eaten by the earthworm. SOLUTION: A garbage container section DN is provided with a sealing closure lid DA on a top thereof and has a pipe PI connected to a lower part and a plurality of holes H (H1, H2,...Hn) are opened in a part of the garbage container section DN in a vicinity of the pipe PI and the pipe PI. The garbage container section DN is housed within a container CA and the part having the holes H opened is covered with a fiber material FB packed in a net bag. Soil SL is packed on the fiber material FB and only the sealing closure lid DA is exposed outside. For use, when degradation of the garbage charged in the garbage container section DN proceeds, an earthworm in the soil SL enters the pipe PI and the garbage container section DN via the holes and eats organic substances so that quantity of the organic substances is reduced.
