<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil-base black ink excellent in safety to human bodies, writing densities, long-term stability and delivery by including a Nigrosine dye, a specified red dye, a blue dye, a yellow dye, an aliphatic alcohol, a resin soluble in the aliphatic alcohol, and a solubilizer for the Nigrosine dye. SOLUTION: This ink comprises 5.0-15.0 wt.% Nigrosine dye, 0.1-1.5 wt.% red dye of formula I (wherein R1 is H or methyl; R2 is H or 1 or 2C alkyl; and A is a direct dye, an acid dye, an anionic surfactant, or Cl), 0.1-3.0 wt.% blue dye of formula II (wherein R3 is H or methyl; and R4 is 1 or 2C alkyl or phenyl), 0.1-3.0 wt.% yellow dye of formula III (wherein R5 is an 8-18C alkyl), 40.0-90.0 wt.% 4C or lower aliphatic alcohol, 1.0-20.0 wt.% resin soluble in the 4C or lower aliphatic alcohol, and 0.5-10.0 wt.% solubilizer for the Nigrosine dye in the lower aliphatic alcohol.</p> |
