PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and an apparatus for molding capable of molding precisely a structured body having a further micro structure by a method wherein after cooling a molding material a part of a molding tool corresponding to a micro-space is cooled just before completion of shrinkage, and the micro structured body is separated from the tool. SOLUTION: A movable mold 3 is made to approach a fixed mold 2 along a guide pin 33, both are stuck fast to each other with a mold parting line 8, and a cavity is formed between a fixed tool 21 of the fixed mold 2 and a movable tool 32 of the movable mold 3. Then, when an operater pushes clown a start switch, a control part controls an injection machine, and supplies resin molding material which is molten at 150 to 300 deg.C to a sprue 22. The control part injects resin molding material 5 under a high temperature molten state into the cavity. After cooling, a core 37 is quenched by controlling a cooling unit 4 just before completion of shrinkage of the resin molding material 5. |
