PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent enlargement of the overall width of a transport device even in the case where the width of a load table (work holding part) is to be widened. SOLUTION: An intra-clean room track type carrying device is equipped with a loop track 1 having a U-turn part 1B and straight parallel part 1A, a dolly body 3 running along the track, and a load table 24 installed on or under the body of the dolly, wherein the center position C2 of the load table 24 is offset to inside the track 1 more than the center position C1 of the body 3 of the dolly, and thereby the overall width L1 of the transport device is precluded from enlargement even in case the table is to be widened. |
