<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply the assist gas with micro pressure and high pressure. SOLUTION: When solenoid valves 29, 31 and 33 installed in pipes 15, 17 and 19 are controlled by a NC device 27 at the time of laser processing so as to supply the assist gas selected from plural kinds of assist gas to a processing head 1, the gas is normally supplied to the processing head 1 directly. When the pressure of the assist gas is the micro pressure which is smaller than a given pressure, a switching valve 35 is switched by the NC device 27 so as to supply the gas to the processing head 1 via a micro pressure supplying part 37. Furthermore, when the pressure of the assist gas to be supplied is higher than a given pressure, the high pressure assist gas is mixed from a high pressure assist gas supplying pipe by the control of the NC device, and the gas is supplied to the processing head.</p> |
