<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stabilized freezing cycles by installing an apparatus for removing a not condensed gas mixed in a freezing circuit in a pipeline from the region near the outlet of a condenser to the inlet of the compressor. SOLUTION: On the completion of installation or maintenance of a freezing apparatus, the freezing apparatus is operated for a prescribed duration. In the case a not condensed gas is mixed in a freezing circuit, the not condensed gas exists as a gas near the outlet of a condenser 30. Since the not condensed gas moves upward in a liquefied coolant, the gas is once stored in a buffer tank 102 through a pipeline 106 by opening a valve 101 and absorbed by using an adsorbent 105 supplied through a pipeline 107 by opening a valve 103. The inner pressure of the condenser is prevented from becoming abnormally high and stable freezing cycles are carried out.</p> |
