SOLUTION: An opening part 32a of a front bumper 32 of a vehicle 31, the back face of a rear view mirror 33 of the vehicle 31 and the interior side of both side windows of the vehicle are provided in order with a spot-like light emitting part 22 and light emitting parts 23, 24 forming characters 'BRAKE' expressing to the effect that the vehicle 31 is about to stop. The light emitting parts 22, 23, 24 emit light blinking in a specified cycle interlocked with the operation of a brake pedal of the vehicle 31.</p> |
