<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect even a bent and noncircular handrail bar, and reduce an incongruous in a joint part, and improve the degree of freedom in design, and facilitate a joining process to improve workability. SOLUTION: Both the ends of a short pillar-shaped joint member 10 are formed rectangularly to an axis. A two stepped hole 12 which has large and small diameters and pierces from one end to the other end is formed on the axis. The head of a wood screw 13 inserted from the side of the large diameter hole engages with the shoulder of the small diameter hole 12a. Its tip part is protruded from the end face of the joint member 10 and made rotatable around the axis. In the large diameter hole part, a nut 15 is buried and fixed to the joint member 10 so as to be impossible in rotation and extraction. An internal thread hole of the nut 15 is formed in such a diameter as a screw-driver for twisting the wood screw 13 may be inserted. An external thread bar 18 which has a thread part 18a to be able to screw with the nut 15 in one end part and is formed into a wood screw part 18b at the other end is provided.</p> |
