<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stand a fence at the required part of a base floor regardless of quality of the base floor by attaching a hollow floor bundle to a part to dispose the fence of the base floor, penetrating the lower end of a fence column in the base floor to be inserted and fixed at a floor bundle. SOLUTION: A fence column 41 is inserted in floor bundles 3 disposed in a plurality of parts. Next, a decorative frame 7, a sleeper 5 and the fence column 41 are attached to the floor bundle 3 by machine screws. In addition, a floor joist 6 is stretched to the sleeper 5 to be fixed by the machine screws. After the frame of a balcony is assembled, the floor bundle 2 is inserted in the foundation concrete of the ground. Thereafter, the floor main material 21 of a base floor 2 is mounted on the floor joist 6, and the floor surface material 22 of the base floor 2 is covered to be fitted in the upper face of the floor main material 21. A fence unit body is disposed between the neighboring fence columns 41. Thus, the fence column can be stood on the required part of the base floor regardless of quality of floor material constituting the base floor.</p> |
