PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide art antiseptic and insecticidal system not only totally manifesting antifeedant, repellent action and insecticidal action against a wood pest over the whole house, but also having extremely high safety to men and beasts and being environmentally friendly. SOLUTION: This antiseptic and insecticidal system comprises applying chemical treatment to a soil part and a wood part and arranging a bait agent among the chemically treated parts. The soil treating agent is a liquid, granular or microcapsule agent including at least one kind selected from a fatty acid, an ester of the fatty acid, a plant including a pest-controlling component and an extract thereof as an active ingredient. The wood part-treating agent contains at least one kind selected from the fatty acid, the ester of the fatty acid, the plant including the pest-controlling component and the extract thereof as the active ingredient. |
