<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beautiful pattern by molding a composite sheet by integrally laminating a pattern sheet on a synthetic resin sheet, and superposing the pattern sheet on a backing film so that a printing surface of a pattern printing film becomes inside. SOLUTION: A floor material A for stairs is molded by downward bending a front edge part 1a of a composite sheet 1 by integrally laminating a pattern sheet 12 on a synthetic resin sheet 11 by almost 90 deg.. Antislipping square projections 21 and paper strip-shaped projections 22 are formed in large numbers by an embossing finish on an upper surface of this floor material A for stairs, and a cladding part 3 is formed over the front edge part 1a from a corner part. The pattern sheet 12 is also laminated by superposing a pattern printing film by printing a pattern such as a grain pattern and a natural stone pattern on one surface, on a backing film so that a pattern printing surface becomes inside. Therefore, durability can be improved by holding a beautiful pattern over a long period.</p> |
