<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase practicality by moving a moving table in parallel within a plane, and at the same time, making the moving table itself also rotatable, and miniaturize the moving table further. SOLUTION: A moving table 4 is supported on a supporting table 5 with balls 7 between the supporting table and the moving table 4, and a parallel movement and a rotation of the moving table 4 within a plane are made possible based on the supporting table 5, and at the center of the moving table 4, boss part 8 is projected, and at the same time, a hole 9 which is larger than the diameter of the boss part 8 is made on the supporting table 5, and a rear plate 10 which is larger than the diameter of the hole 9 is joined to the boss part 8, and the height of the boss part 8 is made a height by which a small gap is formed between the rear plate 10 being joined to the boss part 8 and the rear surface of the supporting table 5, and the supporting table 5 and the moving table 4 are integrated. By this method, the boss part 8 is made freely movable in the hole 9 without restraining the movement of the moving table 4, and the applicability is increased, and the balls 7, and the boss part 8 and the hole 9 can be housed in the insides of the moving table 4 and the supporting table 5, and the moving table can be miniaturized.</p> |
