摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject system designed to automatically change and control the regulation of threshing cylinder revolutions and sorting conditions and the like based on the detection of the culm color of rice and barley fed into a threshing apparatus. SOLUTION: This sorting control system works as follows: rice and barley are discriminated from each other by comparing the detected value of grain culm color derived from a relevant means with a previously set threshold value, and based on the result, the threshing cylinder revolutions and sorting conditions are changed to independently set values, respectively; and the respective threshold values X and Y of the grain culm colors of rice and barley serving as the standards for the sorting conditions in their threshing operations are set again, and both the threshold values X and Y are compared with the detected valueαof the grain culm color changing according to the maturation degree of each of rice and barley so as to automatically change and control the sorting conditions.
