PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding method, with which an extremely homogenous resin molding can be manufactured with no generation of voids in the resin molding. SOLUTION: This method includes a process for providing a prepreg 2 on an elastic pressure bag 3, a process for covering an elastic external bag 6 on the prepreg, a process for sucking out the air in the prepreg from between the pressure bag and the external bag, a process for sealing between the pressure bag and the external bag, a process for setting the sealed prepreg and a process for jetting air within the pressure bag and molding the prepreg under heat. Thus, since the prepreg provided on the pressure bag is further convered by the external bag for producing a negative pressure in the prepreg by sucking out the air between the bags or no air exists in the prepreg through the removal of the air. As a result, no void develops in a resin molding and consequently resin molding can be manufactured. |
