PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a button panel having small projected parts free from collapse or deformation in high productivity. SOLUTION: An insert sheet 1 wherein braille small projected parts 2 are formed at a button protruding part 3 and an injection mold, which has a recessed part 4 for a button coinciding with the button protruding part 3 of the insert sheet 1 and a small projected part retracting recessed part 5 having a space larger than the total vol. of the braille small projected parts 2 of the insert sheet 1 formed on the inner surface of the recessed part for the button, are used. Then, the button protruding part 3 of the insert sheet 1 is fitted in the recessed part 4 for the button of the insert sheet 1 so that the braille small projected parts 2 of the insert sheet 1 are housed in the small projected part retracting recessed part 5 of the insert sheet fixing mold 6 and, after the mold is clamped, a molding resin is injected into the cavity to be integrally bonded to the rear surface of the insert sheet 1. |
