PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin film laminated steel plate, the bond strength between the film and the plate of which is high and which is excellent in water resistance and humidity resistance. SOLUTION: In this laminated metal plate onto the surface of which a polyolefin resin film is laminated through an adhesive layer, the surface of the polyolefin resin which contacts with the adhesive layer is adjusted by a corona discharge treatment so as to have the surface tension in the form of the wetting exponent according to JIS K 6768 of 36 dyne/cm or more, and the adhesive layer consists of a polyol resin and an isocyanate under the condition that the ratio of the -NCO group of the isocyanate to the- OH group of the polyol resin is 3-15 and its glass transition temperature is controlled to be within the range of -5-35 deg.C. On the surface of the metal plate, a primer layer and as a polyester resin-based one, a polymer polyester resin-based one, an epoxy resin-based one or the like is provided. The adhesive layer may well be formed on the primer layer. Further, on the surface layer, which does not with the adhesive layer, of the polyolefin resin film, various patterns may well be applied by embossing or the like. |
