摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for simulation of a production process of a ceramic capable of predicting the crack and deformation of ceramic with high accuracy and a method for designing a ceramic member using the simulation method. SOLUTION: The density of a ceramic molding product before sintering is used as an initial value, step 1 to step 3 are repeated from the starting of sintering to the completion of retention at the highest sintering temperature. The step 1 calculates the temperature of each part of a molding product at an atmosphere temperature in a sintering process based on heat transfer analysis. The step 2 obtains sintering stress and a volume viscosity exerted on each part of the molding product based on the density and temperature of each part of the molding product and calculating the strain rate of each part of the molding product. The step 3 computes the change in shape of ceramic caused by sintering contraction from the strain rate.
