PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply and uniformly adhere a spinning oil to a yarn, and to prevent various troubles caused by the ununiform supply of the spinning oil, such as the fluctuation of a tension and the breakage of the yarn due to the abrasive resistance of the yarn to its contacting guide, etc., the generation of fuzz, a weak yarn or a uneven yarn and a failure on the unwinding of the yarn from a yarn-wound package, to stabilize processes for spinning the yarn and processing the yarn and improve the quality of the product. SOLUTION: This spinning oil for synthetic fibers does substantially not generate bubbles from its inner portion, when the atmospheric pressure is reduced to 350 hpa in a state that the spinning oil is left to stand at 50 deg.C. The method for producing the spinning oil for synthetic fibers comprises mixing a plurality of single components and subsequently subjected to a vacuum treatment down to 200 hpa. |
