PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately mold a toothed part, to enhance a rigidity of a disc and to enhance a soundproof effect by previously molding a molding having a wider toothed part than the disc on an outer periphery of the disc, and adding a reinforcing rib or reinforcing disc to the disc of the molding. SOLUTION: The resin gear 1 is a helical gear made of a synthetic resin, and comprises a disc 3 having a mounting hole 2 opened at a center, a (helical) toothed part 5 provide don an outer periphery of the disc 3, reinforcing ribs 7 and a boss 8 added to the disc 3. The disc 3 and the part 5 are members for constituting a molding (molding) 6. The ribs 7 are connected at base ends 7a to the boss 8, and ends 7b are radially outward extended from the boss 8 and connected to an inner periphery 5a of the part 5. The hole 2 is a hole for mounting a rotary shaft. Since the disc 3 has the ribs 7, even when various forces are applied to the gear 1, there is no fear of deflection of the disc 3. |
