PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a concrete product by centrifugal molding which has good internal compaction properties even at low ambient temperatures. SOLUTION: After a concrete composition containing water, a high performance water reducing agent undiluted solution, cement, fine aggregate, and coarse aggregate being placed into a form at an ambient temperature at the highest 15 deg.C, the form is rotated to apply centrifugal force to the concrete composition to compact the composition so that a concrete product is produced by centrifugal molding. In the is process, water is heated at 20-40 deg.C, or the solution is heated at the lowest 20 deg.C, or the mixture of water and the solution is heated at 16-40 deg.C. |
