摘要 The mould, for blow moulding extruded profiles, has at least one section (11) to define a main hollow zone (12) for moulding the main body of the moulding. Secondary hollow zone(s) (16) are linked to the main moulding zone (12) to shape one or more projecting ribs. The mould sections (10, 11) are shaped to give the secondary side zones (16), with feed channels to the reception chamber for the plastics material (20, 21) which is defined by the mould sections (10, 11). A system (13, 18) progressively shrinks the reception chamber to force the plastics material into the secondary moulding zones (16). The mould reception chamber is formed by the structure (13, 18) of the mould sections (10, 11), which can be shrunk by the movement of the sections (10, 11) to eject plastics material contained within it. One mould section (10) has a thick wall (13) at right angles to the mould sections (10, 11) movement, with two lateral surfaces parallel to the movement, and an end surface (13c). The other mould section (11) has a secondary hollow zone (16) and a hollow directly near the secondary moulding zone (16), defined by a surface (18a) related to the facing end surface (13c) and parallel to the surface of the other section (10) opposite the main moulding zone (12). The end surface (13c) has a main oblique line towards the main moulding zone (12), with a matching surface plane at the other surface. The fringe of the end surface (13c) is along the edge of the surface (13c) and the wall (13) surface, towards the main moulding zone (12), to give a longitudinal projecting angle at the edge. Similar projecting angle edges (15,19) are formed at the entry into the mould between the sections (10, 11). One mould section (10) has a longitudinal sliding structure, for the mould sections (10, 11) to be brought together to force the plastics material towards the secondary moulding zone (16), and open out again. The plastics material is injected mechanically into the mould, and a piston can shrink the reception chamber.
