The motor vehicle hydro-kinetic coupling comprises an input element (10) in the shape of a casing, which rotates integrally with a drive shaft, having a transverse axially fixed wall (11). It has an output element (5) in the form of a hub. A piston (20) moves axially relative to the transverse wall and is connected to rotate with it by circumferentially flexible tabs. A de-clutchable friction lining (22) is clamped between the piston external periphery and the transverse wall. The flexible tabs are fixed by one of their circumferential ends by fixings (228) to the first part of the transverse wall or piston and by second fixings (28) to second parts of the wall and piston. The first part has passage holes axially coincident with the second fixings which are sealed by seals. These seals are shorter than the passage holes. The passage holes are staged in diameter so as to form a shoulder connecting the smallest diameter to the largest diameter portions of the passage hole.
