The invention concerns a device, wherein the socket comprises a groove for positioning (5) the joint (6) and extends, towards its end, by a flared flange (7) widening out, while the male cylindrical end (B) of each tube (2) is enclosed by a ring (8) fixed thereon and having, at least in the direction of said cylindrical end, a flared flank (8a) with identical conicity as that of the socket flange (7) constituting a positioning cone and engagement stop for said flange.
