The strap (1) is made of supple woven strong fabric and has two loops (2,3). One loop (2) is passed through the handle and then passed through the other loop (3) to form a sliding knot. The first loop is put round the wrist and can be gripped. The loops are made by folding the strap and stitching (4) its ends together.
