The vehicle seat (1) carries a safety belt (35) on a belt roller (21) fixed to the seat and provided with the means to lock the belt. The seat is fitted with the means (5, 6 and 7) to incline the seat , by allowing the seat to pivot on a horizontal transverse axis (8). The belt roller is fixed to the seat to pivot on axis (22), roughly parallel to the horizontal transverse axis. The seat also has a mechanism (19), to correct the angular position of the roller, relative to the seat, as a function of the inclination of the seat. |
