A cam (23) rotatably mounted on the frame is in contact with the linkage and mounted for rotation with a control handle. A feeler (25) is also mounted on the frame and is movable between a free position where it blocks the linkage and a closed position. The feeler has at least one cam (27) which is mounted pivotally and extends transversely with respect to the linkage.
