<p>Certain phosphoethanolamine conjugates of vitamin D compounds are disclosed wherein the phosphoethanolamine moiety is bonded at the 3-position of the vitamin D moiety. The conjugates exhibit anti-tumour, anti-psoriatic and anti-inflammatory activities in addition to those activities associated with vitamin D. The invention embraces the novel compounds, pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and their methods of use.</p> |
