The invention relates to a protective watercraft cover including a topside section and a cockpit section. The topside section offers protection against the elements and covers the interior space of the watercraft. The cockpit section is attached to the topside section by a suitable fasterner, this cockpit section being adapted to cover the interior of the cockpit and to allow the operator to enter.
