摘要 For the extraction of water from a wet paper web (W), the first fourdrinier (10) carries the web to an initial press zone ((PN) which has a long press gap between a long press gap roller with a shoe press in its mantle and a smooth press roller. A transfer belt (20), which does not absorb water, is fed into the initial press zone to pick up the web and form its only support from the initial press zone directly after the web leaves the first fourdrinier (10). The web is carried by the transfer belt (20) to a blanket or further fourdrinier (25) in the press section and/or a press gap of the press section. The first fourdrinier (10) runs from the long gap at a tangent to the outer surface of the long gap roller or the smooth press roller under the fourdrinier. The smooth press roller is within the first fourdrinier (10) loop, and the long gap roller is within the loop of the transfer belt (20) over the press roller, with the long press gap between them. After the initial press zone (PN), the transfer belt (20) is moved at an angle to the plane from the start at the rear edge of the press shoe at a tangent to the long press roller or smooth press roller. After the initial press zone (PN), the first fourdrinier (10) moves at an angle to the plane which is smaller than the transfer belt separation angle and in a different direction, to define an angle difference between them to set the different paths of the transfer belt (20) and first fourdrinier (10), and affect the further wetting of the web. The position of the transfer belt guide roller is adjusted to set the belt path, and the fourdrinier guide roller position is varied to increase the adhesion between the web and the transfer belt after the initial press zone (PN). The path movement lines are also set to give a good separation of the web from the fourdrinier on leaving the initial press zone (PN). The position of the press shoe is varied to affect web wetting. The assembly operates in a similar way when the smooth press roller is over the long press roller in the initial press zone (PN). The web is carried through the press gap (NP1) of the press section by a second fourdrinier (30). An Independent claim is also included for a papermaking machine, or machine for producing cardboard, where the first fourdrinier (10) converts the pulp into a wet web, with an initial press zone for water extraction. A suction roller can be in the loop of the first fourdrinier.
