The instrument comprises a shear bush and boss and is driven by a rotary-piston mechanism controlled by a valve. On the top cover (9) is a stick-type handle (1) coaxial to the lengthwise axis of the housing (12), and in whose top end the valve is mounted. The bottom cover (13) contains a mounting (14) for the inserted cutting head (19). A bore (26) in line with the hollow shaft (15) of the rotor (10) can be provided inside the handle, to accommodate the protruding part of the bolt. The mounting can have an internal-hexagon socket (24) preventing the shear bush (25) turning and containing a spring-loaded locking member (20).
