PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the life of a battery by turning off a receiving and demodulating circuit at leading specific bits of both of first and second code words when both of the first and second code words are unregistered cap codes at the time of taking frame synchronization. SOLUTION: When both of the first and second code words are unregistered cap codes at the time of taking frame synchronization, a power source control part turns off the power source of the receiving and demodulating circuit at the leading three bits of the first and second code words. When a cap-code unregistered in ID-ROM is sent from a base station, comparison/judgment is made with registered cap-codes from the leading bit and also at the time of judging as its own cap-code, the power source is turned off. When both of the first and second code words are unregistered cap-codes like this, the power source of the receiving and demodulating circuit is turned off at the leading 3 bits both of the first and second code words. Consequently, the time of an RF ON state is reduced compared with a conventional system. |
