SOLUTION: This waste gas treatment apparatus to be used for fuel cells comprises a waste gas duct 10 for passing and discharging at least one of a waste oxidant and a waste fuel gas while separating water by condensing water contained in the waste oxidant and the waste fuel gas; An effluent water tank 15 connected with the waste gas duct 10 for collecting the water discharged out of the waste gas duct 10; an effluent water pipe 18 connected with the effluence water tank 15 for discharging the stored effluent water; and an overflow pipe 16 installed in the effluent water tank 15.
