PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct not only a high level and safe computer security system but also a network equipped with the high level computer security system for preventing the duplication or forgery of an information terminal access medium by invalidating the reading of each kind of information data such as the identification code of an information terminal access medium to be used for the computer security system, and for preventing the use or mischief of an information managing device or an information terminal equipment without permission and the burglar of each kind of information data due to the use of the duplicated or forged information terminal access medium. SOLUTION: An information terminal access medium 8 can perform access through an access managing device 5 to an information terminal equipment 2 when its own access code and a pass word code stored in a storing part 11 are made coincident with an access code and a password code managed by the access managing device 5 provided at the information terminal equipment 2.
