PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably reduce the number of matched filters, to eliminate the need for the multiplex part of a receiver-side and to greatly simplify configuration by synthesizing the phases of plural diffusion channel signals by shifting time which is sufficiently shorter than one symbol period in a transmitter-side. SOLUTION: Input data d(t) are divided into N-pieces of data groups d1(t),..., dN(t) in a demultiplexer 10 and are inputted in parallel to N-pieces of diffusing units 131-13N. The respective diffusion units 13x ((x) is one of 1-N) diffuse the inputted data group dx(t) by using the diffused code group gx of a code generator 120. Relating to respective delay units 14x, time is set to <= one symbol time of the data group, that time (N+1)τ is divided by unit delay time τ, and the phase of the delay diffusion channel signal sx(t) is shifted. A combiner 150 outputs a signal obtained by adding reference channel signal s0(t) and N- pieces of delay diffusion channel signals s1(t)-sN(t). |
