PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult for insulating oil from a radiator to leak to the outer peripheral side of a coil. SOLUTION: A lower frame 3B is constituted of a rectangular steel tube both edges of which are closed in a longitudinal direction. Insulating oil 2 returned from a radiator 13 to a closed vessel 1 is guided through an oil guiding hole opened in the lower frame 3B to the lower frame 3B, and guided from a through-hole provided at the upper part of the lower frame 3B to the lower parts of coils 5A and 5B. Also, an insulating oil stopper 24 for stopping the leakage of the insulating oil 2 to the outer periphery of the coils is wound around the lower outer periphery of the coils.
