PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a working machine into or out of a field and load and unload the machine on a truck by operating a clutch and a brake by a driver standing out of the machine. SOLUTION: A traveling vehicle 4 is provided with a driving and steering part 8 and a step 44 to ride a driver on the steering part 8. A steering tool 46 to enable the on-off operation of a clutch and the on-off operation of a brake by an operator at a position out of the vehicle and separated from the driving and steering part 8 is placed at a position in front of the step 44 and free from the hindrance to the getting on and off of the driver.
