一种戒烟贴膏的配制及工艺。本发明的目的为自愿戒烟者提供一种乐于接受,使用方便的外用戒烟贴膏,贴于指定人体穴位。研究人员发现,戒烟贴膏中保留微量的烟碱(尼古丁膏)更有利于烟民安全度过戒烟中断期,且复吸率极低。本发明将生川乌、生草乌、乳香、没药、绿豆衣、曼陀罗、当归、川芎、银花、甘草、土茯岑、生大黄、烟叶等经干燥粉碎,用90%乙醇渗漉,制成没膏,再与冰片、薄荷脑、樟脑、芸香没膏、颠茄没膏、水杨酸甲脂等七种,制成涂料,进行涂膏、切段、盖衬,切成小块,即得制成贴膏。

1、一种戒烟贴膏的配制方法及工艺,其特征如下:a、配方(按百分比)生草乌2.1~4.1%,生草乌2.1~4.1%,乳香2.1~4.1%,没药2.1~4.1%,曼陀罗2.1~4.1%,绿豆花2.1~4.1%,当归5.2~7.2%,川芎5.2~7.2%,银花11.4~13.4%,甘草11.4~13.4%,大黄11.4~13.4%,土茯岑11.4~13.4%,烟叶17.6~18.6%。b、工艺将生草乌、生川乌、乳香、没药、曼陀罗、绿豆花、当归、川芎、银花、甘草、大黄、土茯岑、烟叶按百分比配齐,粉碎成粗粉,用90%乙醇渗漉,制成1.05的浸膏。取戒烟浸膏50克,冰片10克,薄荷脑10克,樟脑20克,芸香浸膏12.5克。颠茄流浸膏30克,水杨酸甲15克。以上七种,按总量加3.7~4.0倍的橡胶、松香等基质的原料,制成涂料,进行涂膏,切段,盖衬;切成小块,即得戒烟贴膏。
