The vehicle frame includes an axle. There are side longitudinal frame bearers and wheels outside these passing through the web region of the bearers between upper and lower bearer zones. The longitudinal bearers (5) are built so that the bearer zones are formed by independent components in the form of an upper flange (7) and a lower flange (8), connected by intermediate elements serving as the web parts (9). The rigid axle may pass through between the upper and lower flanges.
