PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative detection method and a kit based on the detection method of nuclei acid composed of polynucleotide or oligonucleotide having specified array simple in operation and capable of automation. SOLUTION: A quantitative detection method comprises the following steps; a specific nucleotide array is prossessed; (1) a nuclei acid probe having the nucleotide array complementary in the specific nucleotide array of a measured object is solidified for an insoluble support; (2) nuclei acid in a part to be inspected is arranged in one chain; (3) single-stranded nuclei acid is hybridized with the solid phase nuclei acid probe; (4) a target nuclei acid, non-hybridized solid phase nuclei acid probe and a labeling anti single-stranded nuclei acid antibody non-singularly bonding with single-stranded nuclei acid are bonded and reacted; and (5) the labeled anti-single-stranded nuclei acid antibody bonded with the solid phase nuclei acid probe is determined. |
