<p>The invention relates to a spreading device for spreading material over a ground surface, which comprises a mobile frame carrying at least one spreader boom directed transversely of the direction of travel. Situated on either side of the frame is a sub-frame on which are mounted a front wheel and rear wheel disposed on the relevant side. The sub-frames are each pivotable on a horizontal pivot shaft, which pivot shaft is connected to the frame by a shaft suspension for vertical displacement parallel to itself. Spring-mounted means are arranged which urge the pivot shaft into a vertical middle position relative to the frame.</p> |
