The fluorescence diagnosis device has a normal image camera (30) which receives a normal image provided by an endoscope. A fluorescence image camera (40) receives and amplifies a fluorescence image provided by the latter, with switching of the endoscope eyepiece (3) between the two cameras. An interruption device (51) provides optical isolation between the switching device (50) and the fluorescence camera, when the endoscope eyepiece is coupled to the normal image camera.
