PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture and provide a toy ball in which arbitrary irregularity is formed on the spherical surface thereof by using a member of a material strong to heat such as a synthetic resin so that the arbitrary irregularity can be formed on the spherical surface consisting of BR(butadiene rubber), and by fitting of a BR member in which a picture pattern and/or color is applied to the inside of the recessed spherical body so that a ball, for instance, of the face with an expression can be completed. SOLUTION: A mold of the same shape as that would be formed in an arbitrary irregularity on the spherical surface of a ball 1 is formed by a material strong to heat such as synthetic resin, and BR 4 of the same material as the ball 1 and already formed in an arbitrary form and/or BR 5 applied an arbitrary free picture pattern and/or color is fitted to that which is fitted to a sharp nail-shaped member, and after installing in a ball-manufacturing metal mold and baking after injection of BR, and after completion of forming, the formed mold is separated together with the sharp nail-shaped member. |
