PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden on a user by simplifying a processing when an electronic mail processing and a schedule management processing are linked. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 performs access to a server 300 in each constant time according to the program of a ROM 2, and at the time of receiving an electronic mail for communicating conference participation, the CPU 1 displays the schedule of the pertinent year, month, and date on a display part 5 by referring to the schedule area of a RAM 3, and retrieves whether or not a conference holding date is overlapped on the schedule in the same time band. Then, a routine mail for communicating conference participation is automatically transmitted according to the retrieved result, and the schedule of the conference is added to the schedule, or a routine mail for communication conference absence is automatically transmitted. |
