PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer solid electrolyte, having superior high membrane strength, low temperature ion conductivity, good processibility, high temperature properties, and high electric current properties by the user of a highly ion conductive polymer solid electrolyte, consisting of a polymer compound having a poly or oligo-ether/carbonate group and a specified urethane acrylate group and an electrolytic salt for forming a thin film. SOLUTION: This polymer solid electrolyte basically contains a polymer compound as a main constituent component and an electrolytic salt. The polymer solid electrolyte may further comprise an organic solvent and an inorganic oxide. The polymer compound is non-electron conductive and can absorb or retain various types 5 organic polar solvents and comprises a cross-linking and/or side chain group, having a formula with a poly or oligo-ether/carbonate structure. In the formula, R<1> represents a chain with 1-10C carbons branched, and/or cyclic divalent group which may contain hetero atoms, (m) for an integer of either 1 or 2, and (n) for an integer from 2 to 1000. |
