PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue only general priced labels for products not requiring pop labels and issue labels that eliminate duplicate attachment of both the pop label and the general priced label for products requiring the pop labels. SOLUTION: This label printer has two printer apparatuses, i.e., a main printer 2 and a sub printer 3. When temporary data to be printed to a pop label are not included in printing data of a product which are stored in a memory 41, a central control part 4 generates to a control part 5 of the main printer 2 a printing signal for only general data to be printed to a priced label, so that the general priced label is issued. On the other hand, when the temporary data are included in the printing data, a printing signal of a combination of the temporary data and general data is generated to a control part 6 of the sub printer 3, so that these data are printed to one label and issued. |
